Length and Quality Limits

X caps native video uploads at 140 seconds for most accounts (verified/subscribed accounts can post longer), so a tweet showing a longer clip is usually a link to an external video, not a native upload — those external links won't download through this tool since the video isn't hosted on X's own servers. For videos that are natively hosted, resolution tops out around 1080p; X compresses more than most other platforms, so don't expect source-quality 4K even from a high-quality original upload.

Common Questions

Can I download audio from a Twitter Space? Live Spaces aren't supported — only a recorded Space that the host explicitly shared as a downloadable file or converted to a regular audio post would work, and that's uncommon.

Why did pasting a profile link not work? The tool needs the link to one specific tweet, not a profile or search page — X doesn't expose which video you want from a profile URL alone.
