DMCA Takedown Policy

Any Video Downloader respects intellectual property rights and follows the process of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you own a copyright and believe that content is being processed through our service without your permission, you can send us a takedown notice using the steps below.

Important to know first

Any Video Downloader does not host or store videos. We process a link that a user submits and deliver the result to that user. Because the original file stays on the source platform, the fastest way to remove the content itself is to report it to that platform (for example YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X or LinkedIn). You can also send us a notice, and we will act on valid reports by blocking the reported link or source from being processed through our service.

How to submit a takedown notice

Email your notice to hello@anyvideodownloder.net with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". To be valid, the notice should include:

  1. Your full name, and your company name if you act on behalf of one, plus a physical address, phone number and email address where we can reach you.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, and proof or a link showing that you (or your client) own it.
  3. The exact URL of the material you want us to act on (for example the video link that was submitted to our tool).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may take longer to process, because we may need to ask you for more information.

What happens next

  • We review each complete notice as quickly as we can.
  • If the notice is valid, we block the reported link or source from being processed by our service.
  • We may let the affected user know that a report was received, where that is possible.
  • Repeated reports against the same source or user can lead to a permanent restriction.

Counter-notice

If you believe a link was blocked by mistake or because of a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address. It should include your contact details, the blocked link, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was blocked by mistake, and your signature. We may forward a counter-notice to the person who sent the original takedown notice.

Please be accurate. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, a person who knowingly makes a false claim that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
